    On March 10, 2018, 13 people from our company went to Zhanhua Zhonghai Thermal Power Project Department. In the early stage, everyone was familiar with the equipment process, explained the factory staff on site, put forward reasonable suggestions for the unreasonable site installation design, and discussed and analyzed the places where the DCS disk did not match the site and was inconvenient to operate. After the commissioning personnel were in place, they completed the power field test, hydraulic test, and fan chain test together with the boiler personnel. Completed the safety disclosure of the start-up of the water supply deoxygenation system with the turbine personnel, and jointly revised the unreasonable places with the DCS manufacturer. Now everyone is constantly improving the theoretical knowledge of pulverized coal furnace units, discussing and analyzing possible accidents after operation in combination with the actual situation on the spot, and doing a good job in anticipating and emergency handling of accidents before starting. Do a good job of checking, fine-tuning, and strict requirements for the owner to ensure the safe and smooth development of the China Shipping project.
