Zouping Project

    The total installed capacity of Changqiao Heating Company is 65MW, of which two single-unit capacity are 20MW back pressure steam turbines and one 25MW extraction-condensing steam turbine, which can meet Huayi's adjustment and supplement of electrical load and thermal load. For deaeration, two low-pressure deaerators and two high-pressure deaerators are set up, and three variable frequency feed water pumps can meet the water supply requirements of the boiler. The solid-state slag-discharging pulverized coal furnace arranged in natural circulation ensures that the boiler evaporation is within the rated value and meets the needs of steam turbine and heating users. The desulfurization system adopts the limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization process, and two absorption towers are designed, and the designed desulfurization efficiency is ≥95% to ensure that the flue gas discharged is within the qualified range.
