Zhanhua Wanbang Project

On July 13, 2018, more than a dozen people from Huawei Power officially entered the Zhanhua Wanbang Project Department, and on behalf of Huawei Company, it was the first time to undertake the maintenance project of machine-furnace and electricity integration.

Most of the boiler operators in the project department came into contact with this kind of gas boiler for the first time, which was an opportunity and a challenge for them. They made a study plan according to their professional characteristics, from step-by-step trial operation, to ignition, blowing and various tests and assisting the owner to deal with multiple failures, to the unit startup and smooth juxtaposition, all employees worked hard and actively cooperated. Quickly mastered the system knowledge, especially some tests and preparations before starting.

Near the end of the project, the number of starts and stops in the entire package delivery cycle reached more than 80 times, and there was not a single error in operation and command. The operation rules and operation tickets were strictly followed, and the safety operation rules were strictly implemented. In the past six months, I feel that the cohesion of the team is the most important. As long as they are twisted together, no matter how big or many difficulties will be overcome!
